Following on from the success of last year’s festival we’re delighted to be involved with the Brecon Medieval Festival over the Spring Bank Holiday weekend.

Highlights include:

A combat arena - Medieval Combat Wales, The Company of the Raven, The Freemen of Gwent and Blaeddau Du will all be showcasing their battle skills.

Food and drink - Feast on a delicious variety of food and drink

Music and entertainment - Medieval instruments, jesters, drums, demonstrations

Vikings - Blaeddu, Welsh Viking group, will be setting up a raiding camp on the Bishop Williamson garden at the bottom of the hill

Marketplace - visit our medieval marketplace for a range of bespoke crafts and gifts

Living history and education - medieval surgery, weapons displays, educational lectures

Murder mystery - medieval themed murder mystery evening. A ticketed event with limited availability
